Role: Lead AI Software Engineer

A conversational AI agent over WhatsApp that helps families enroll in Chile's public school system (SLEP del Pino) and connects to the national admission system (SAE). I led the agent design and orchestration: WhatsApp → n8n on GCP → a LangGraph agent → MongoDB CRM → Superset dashboards.
